Upcoming competitions - Come down and Cheer!

There will be an Amateur and Novice Muay Thai comp in the month of July for those interested in competition.

 

Lee "The Punisher" Rasmussen

Coach Lee Rasmussen will return to Singapore for a seminar series in July. He is a rising star in the fight world, and grapplers and MMA folk in Singapore would benefit from his sharing his skills.
  The Program

The ContactKinetics MMA class has adopted an improved curriculum for ease of learning.

There are a number of levels to this new curriculum, with each grade having an individual syllabus. Students will receive certification as they pass the requirements for each grade. A number of certificates were issued to members on Saturday 17th June 2006, and each of those recipients will now be better able to help those coming up, as well as continue to learn new material.

Additionally, ContactKinetics MMA classes now have a required uniform of t-shirt and shorts or black Gi pants. This will facilitate a sense of unity and continuity within the group. Grade bars will be given to students so that they may be sewn onto the shorts/ Gi pants.

As the ContactKinetics MMA program goes from strength to strength, the program will adjust, and continue to promote flexibility of thought just as we do in the ring.
