Kakutogi - Sport Martial Arts. Kickboxing - Submission Grappling - MMA.

We combine classes to include elements of Kickboxing, Grappling and Mixed Martial Arts in a safe environment with qualified instructors.. Our Kakutogi classes are a fabulous way to get fit, gain confidence, and learn a whole new set of skills.

Learn how to combine defensive and offensive techniques from standing positions, as well as on the ground. Striking and grappling are taught in a safe, friendly manner, with an easy to follow syllabus for the level of each participant.

Kickboxing!

While we follow a primarily K-1 based program, some use of the elbows and throws from the standing positions are covered in class.

We have a variety of equipment designed to help you achieve personal goals as an aspiring kickboxer. Our gym has skipping ropes, several heavy bags, a number of shields and Thai pads.

Submission Grappling!

Our grappling is conducted with a no-Gi format in mind. This is a very different experience from grappling with the Gi, and is very applicable to living in Singapore.

Because the aim of both our Kickboxing and Submission Grappling segments is to prepare for the overall Mixed Martial Arts training, the training is kept simple, with the trainees introduced to safe effective groundwork and grappling.

Mixed Martial Arts!

Mixed Martial Arts or MMA is a method of training that incorporates striking, kicking, clinching, throwing, groundwork and grappling techniques.

Currently enjoying a popularity explosion worldwide, MMA is an exciting way of learning the fundementals of several methods of martial art training in a single package.

The training is quite physical, and is best suited to those who want to get fitter, stronger and more flexible while offering intensive training for those committed to significant martial arts progress. MMA is not just another exercise class, but a way to develop lifelong skills and positive habits.
