Our Seminars are an effective tool for learning! We at Contact Kinetics are dedicated to providing you with the best possible instruction available. To this end, our instructors are constantly training, as well as upgrading their own abilities through continuing education. Coach Aaron has just returned from training at Tiger MMA in Phuket, Thailand. He received additional coaching from Ray Elbe, a professional MMA fighter and Submission grappler.

What you can expect Our Seminars are professionally organised and conducted by fully qualified instructors and their assistants. We teach Kickboxing; Karate; Kobudo and Submission Grappling Seminars, as well as running Kakutogi specific classes.
